Rental inventory, availability, pricing, public settings, and property PDFs are supplied by the Leasyy Website API. Listings can change without a deployment; use the catalogue as the current source rather than inferring availability from static text.

Public showing booking, embedded rental applications, and anonymous maintenance reports appear only when explicitly enabled by Leasyy. Disabled maintenance reports use the secure resident form at https://app.til-leje.nu/ny-fejlmelding-form.

The newsletter page currently submits a manual request to VBE. It should not be described as an automatic subscription or confirmed double opt-in.
